A two-week training program on “Excellence in Customer Service” was organized by the Department of Marketing, College of Business, Rabigh. The training program was held from 17th November to 28th November 2013. The training program was offered to the students of the College who would make their foray into the corporate world, after their studies. Students were exposed to various tools and techniques for gaining competitive advantage by providing excellent services to the customers.
Speaking on the valedictory function, Dean, College of Business, Dr.Abdalelah S Saaty, said that such training programs would provide opportunities to the student community to upgrade their skills and expertise to match the Saudi market requirements. Dr.Saaty distributed certificates to the students who successfully completed the program. Head of Department of Marketing, Dr.Emad Abdul Moti proposed vote of thanks.
