A PRESENTATION ON ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

A   presentation on “ Towards Effective Organizational Structure” was organized at College of Business on 22^nd February 2012. The keynote speaker Dr. Hassan Qudah, Assistant Professor, Department of Hospital and Health Management, threw light on the existing organizational structure of COB and its alternatives.

Organizational structure plays an important role in the achievement of the mission, objectives and goals of any organization. It also clarifies  the roles and positions  for efficient and  effective  output. The job descriptions and specifications are prepared keeping in mind the positions in the organizational structure. The members deliberated on the existing organizational structure of COB and its alternatives, in keeping with the changing requirements. The Dean, College of Business, Dr. Abdalelah S Saaty thanked all the members for their active participation.
